2 Factor Authentication Guide

Toggle 2 Factor Authentication

Enter the login credentials in the Sign In, page then you will be redirected to dashboard page.

At the rightmost top-corner, click on three dots and you will see a dropdown menu then at the bottom click on 2-fa and your 2 factor Authentication will be enabled.

Note:

Enabling 2 Factor Authentication will have an effect on the sign in process starting the next time anyone tries to sign in to your account.

Sign In using 2 Factor Authentication

Step 1:

Enter your credentials and click on sign in button.

Step 2:

As you can see, an OTP will be sent to your registered E Mail Id which you will have to enter to successfully login to your account.

Note:

As mentioned above in the images, the validity of OTP is only 5 minutes. You will have only 4 attempts to enter a valid OTP, after which your account will be banned for signing in and you will have to contact the Zeblok Administrator for unblocking your account.
